Shipping

We know you're excited to receive your items! We will make every effort to ship products as soon as they are available. In most cases orders will be processed and shipped within one to four business days of payment receipt for in stock items. 

 

Return Policy 

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason.


What if there is an issue with my order?

In the unlikely event that you receive an item with a problem, you must contact us within three (3) business days of receipt. After this window, we are unable to assist.


Do you offer order cancellations?

No. Once an order is placed, it immediately enters processing and cannot be cancelled.


What should I do if I received the wrong size or item?

Please contact us within three business days with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can help resolve it.

 

Why are all sales final?

Each piece is custom-made or limited-release, and many items are produced in small batches. To keep our pricing fair and our production schedule consistent, all purchases are final.
