Pre-order items are custom made and ordered directly for you. Because these items are created specifically for your purchase, once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or provide refunds.
If your order includes both pre-order and ready-to-ship items, the entire order will be held until the pre-order items are ready to ship. To receive ready-to-ship items sooner, please place them on a separate order.
